Tina Iglio Managing Director – Marketing Strategy and Customer Engagement Delta Air Lines Tina is Managing Director – Marketing Strategy and Customer Engagement for Delta Air Lines. In her role, Tina leads the commercial programs and functions essential to building direct customer connections, growing revenue and increasing sales force productivity. Tina's previous roles at Delta include Senior Vice President of Product Development, Revenue Management, Distribution, Marketing and Communications at Delta Vacations, and most recently Managing Director – Global Sales Support where she was responsible for providing superior global service to Delta's B2B customers. She is also Delta's SHE Leads Chairwoman, overseeing the chapters across Delta that promote the advancement of women in leadership. With over 25 years of executive experience in strategy, marketing and operations within the travel, IT and telecommunication industries, Tina has effectively driven customer growth at companies such as Travelport, Inc., and Ericsson, Inc.. As a management consultant and auditor at Deloitte, she helped global companies solve complex strategic and operational issues, prepare them for initial public offerings and managed financial audits. Tina lived in London for 12 years and has managed teams in more than 15 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific resulting in extensive understanding of what it takes to conduct business globally. Tina holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Arizona (Tucson). She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
