New Distribution Capability (NDC) is now in play. IATA is taking the next step to implement the industry's air retailing model. ONE Order goal is to eliminate the many steps one has to take in the order fulfillment process to just have a single Customer Order record, aiming to replace the current Electronic Ticket (ET), Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) and Passenger Name Record (PNR). Essentially, a single version of the truth where all vendors can see and share information related to a single order in the air travel cycle.
